Today the interior decoration and layout of the house is largely the result of the third Baron Braybrooke who inherited Audley End House in 1825. A rare set of tapestries have been re-installed in the original rooms and along with other additions, have restored this historic house to its former glory. Visitors can wander the grounds and see the old cottage and stunning gardens, including the Elysian Garden Cascade. The Victorian kitchen gardens at Audley End House are worth a visit alone.
