Set in 110 acres of woodland and parkland, there is plenty of room for your children to run around when staying with us. We have lots and lots of fun activities onsite for the whole family to take part in or if you want to keep the kids occupied while you relax.

Some of the fun activities available at Down Hall include giant outdoor games, tennis, croquet and a duck pond with lots of other wildlife to be discovered. We even have a forest trail quiz with a prize for the children at the end!

When the weather is less than agreeable, we have plenty of family friendly activities available indoors. These include a games room with a full size snooker table, indoor swimming pool, board games and a Nintendo Wii.

Our luxury hotel restaurant offers a children's menu, with healthy and tasty dishes that will satisfy even the fussiest of eaters. A children's menu has also been specially created for our gourmet picnics.
