Breathwork is a wonderful practise that improves mental, physical & spiritual wellbeing for all.
Breathwork includes various techniques for conscious, controlled breathing that are useful & can be used when needed or desired in everyday life. Different techniques promote various emotional states such as relaxation, meditation, stress relief, calm, energy & clarity.
Our breathwork practise will include the following techniques: yogi, kapalbhati, anulom vilom & ujjayi breathing methods.
Hosted by our Wellness Consultant Partner; Camilla Sheeley, Camilla is a YMCA accredited yoga & breathwork teacher with over 10 years’ experience & is also an accredited holistic therapist specialising in reflexology, crystal & colour therapy & reiki.
Along with Breathwork, you will enjoy a spa treatment, delicious dinner, then immersive yourself into a fully relaxed state during a sound bath session, followed by a yoga and meditation session.
This package is available on the following dates and is £225 per person, based on sharing a double or twin room.
