Eden Spa - Luxury Spa Breaks Essex

Frequently Asked Questions

Down Hall offers two distinct experiences:

  • Eden Spa: The main wellness hub featuring Wet Spa facilities (hydrotherapy pool, sauna, and steam room) alongside four luxury treatment rooms.

  • The Barn Spa: A newer, more intimate sanctuary set in a converted barn. It is treatment-only, focused on peace and privacy, and does not include access to the hydrotherapy pool or thermal suite.

Please note that we require 5 days notice to cancel your booked treatment to avoid being charged in full.

The Eden Spa is a sanctuary for adults. Guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy spa treatments and the thermal facilities. We do welcome children in our Barn Spa for Mini Me treatments without spa usage from age 5 - 16 years.
