Down Hall Hotel & Spa has fourteen private dining & meeting spaces in total, ranging from intimate boardroom to larger function space for up to 200 guests.
Each of the four private rooms within the Mansion House offer guests high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Feel at home with modern audio visual equipment, comfortable seating, executive boardroom options and original characteristics such as open fireplaces and decorative Edwardian style doorways.

In addition, a further 10 private rooms sit within the West Wing, including the Bridgeman/Selwin Suite, a ballroom that can cater for 180 in a banqueting setup or 200 people theatre style. The Oxford Belcamp and Copley Beners rooms can cater for 60 banqueting and are decorated in a traditional style.

What to expect
The kitchen team at Down Hall provide a signature buffet for day delegates and a variety of party menus to suit your occasion. As an independent hotel, the team are free from restriction and can adapt your menu to suit the event, whether that be a birthday party, Christening or wedding anniversary.

Down Hall boasts a further 110 acres of grounds whereby a whole host of activities are available including laser clays, Segway challenges, 4×4 driving experiences, archery and a whole host more. Down Hall has one of the most favourable and adaptable outdoor spaces in the UK.

We can provide intimate executive boardroom options or larger function spaces for up to 200 guests. We can provide team building activities for as long as you require. The Bridgeman Selwin Suite has a capacity of 220 people, has comfortable seats in theatre style and is our largest meeting space. This elegant suite can cater for 119 cabaret guests, 105 classroom guests, and 200 guests for a reception. Our superior meeting room is suitable for a conference, product launch, exhibition, or wedding.
The Bridgeman room is one of our refurbished larger meeting rooms that accommodate seating 135 people theatre style and 108 for dinner. This stylish room sets up the capacity of 63 cabaret guests, 82 classroom guests, 100 guests for reception, and 50 for boardroom. Our higher-level meeting room is suitable for a conference, product launch, exhibition, or wedding.
The premium selwin suite offers a large meeting space decorated in contemporary style. This luxury room can accommodate up to 70 people in theatre style, 84 for dinner, 100 for reception, 49 for cabaret, 49 for classroom, and 40 for boardroom. This meeting room is suitable for a conference, product launch, exhibition, or wedding, and features built in AV. 
The Oxford Belcamp offers a luxurious space for larger events and meetings connecting the Oxford and Belcamp suites for up to 160 people. This modern suite provides accommodations for 132 people for dinner, 143 for reception, 77 for cabaret, 59 for classroom, and 44 for boardroom.
The Oxford meeting room has stunning views of the manicured lawn and gardens, and is one of our larger meeting spaces accommodating up to 110 guests in comfortable theatre style seats, and up to 84 for dinner. This modern room provides 130 seats for reception, 49 for cabaret, 42 for classroom, 32 for boardroom, and an 86-inch interactive touch screen.
The beautiful Belcamp room can accommodate up to 20 people for meetings and 25 for reception. This meeting room can provide comfortable seating for 24 people for dinner, 14 people for cabaret, and 15 for classroom. This deluxe room with an eye-catching view onto the manicured garden is suitable for breakout sessions, small meetings, or private dinners.
The Gibbs boast amazing view of our garden offers perfect space for comfortable seating 20 people in theatre style and 25 reception. This meeting space can provide 24 seats for dinner, 14 for cabaret,15 for classroom, 10 for boardroom, and a 65-inch interactive touch screen. This chic room is suitable for board meetings, conferences, or private events.
The prior is located within the historic main house and accommodates 100 people in theater style, and72  for dinner. This meeting room can provide 60 seats for reception, 28 for cabaret, 45 For classroom and 30 for boardroom. This room offers space and light with a high ceiling.
The Rookwood, with a sense of history and grandeur, has 35 seats available in theater style and 22 people for dinner. This meeting room can accommodate 20 people for reception, 14 for cabaret, 20 for classroom, and 18 for boardroom. This room is located in the historic main house including all the modern touches.
The Lyndhurst offers an amazing meeting place with the capacity of comfortable seating for 20 people in theatre style, reception, dinner, cabaret, classroom, and boardroom. This modern room gives a sense of history and grandeur, with beautiful views across our grounds.
This room of utmost luxury accommodates up to 70 people in theatre style seats and 50 people for dinner and reception. This meeting room is situated in the historic main house and offers 28 seats for cabaret, 45 for classroom, and 24 for boardroom.
The Glasscock has a capacity for up to 25 guests and is suitable for interviews, creative sessions, or an informal chat between colleagues. We also offer a boardroom and dinner for 8 people. This amazing space has a board room table, a plush sofa, 65-inch interactive touch screen, a PlayStation 4 and a pool table.
The West Wing Lounge is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 86 people for conferences, 78 people for reception, 60 people for dinner, 35 for cabaret, 32 for classroom, and 20 for boardroom. This room is perfect for coffee breaks, lunch, and pre-dinner drinks receptions with beautiful views across our garden.
