The gardeners use poly tunnels within the garden to create a micro climate that's perfect for germinating seeds, developing seedlings and growing more delicate varieties like heritage tomatoes, peppers, chillies and aubergines. Our latest edition is an extension to our Kitchen Garden. We have recently planted our first potato patch, and we have planted botanicals ready for distilling our very first Down Hall Gin!
