Large Scale Events / Exclusive Use

Set within a private 110 estate, Down Hall can offer so much more than a small private meeting in one of our events spaces.

Over the last couple of years we have hosted a variety of large scale events including an outdoor concert with 2,500 attendees; a fireworks display, created a “pop-up” traditional English pub within our grounds, as well as hosting a car show with over 200 luxury vehicles displayed on our lawns.

We have also worked with the TV & Film industry to transform the hotel into the location for several major productions - including spending 7-weeks hosting the filming of the 2020 series of the "Great British Bake Off" in a quarantined COVID-Secure "Bio-Bubble".
